For this month

  1. Ideally lose ten pounds
  2. Get back control of my face
  3. Improve my cardio-fitness

your way too hard on yourself! looking at your pictures, you soooo do not need to lose 10 pounds! seriously, you look great!

Thanks I want to lose ten pounds so I can pig out during Christmas break though. You see my theory is that I'll probably gain ten pounds then and then I'll stay the same weight.

ha ha yeah I do this every year. I've already lost six... I guess I don't have a hard time with weight loss.

wow. how do you do that? ive never really tried losing weight, all i know is im just under 100 pounds.

I don't know how I did that I just stepped on the scale after the three days I hadn't ridden and I was 6 pounds less then usual. Under 100???? I'd kill to be even NEAR 100 without starvation

wow, and you lost all of that weight by NOT riding, geeze. i normally lose weight while im riding. ur lucky, you dont have to do anything and you lose weight!

Yeah it's kinda confusing I think. I guess I eat more when I ride... o_O
